I had a fantastic experience participating in Projet a Québec! A few of my highlights were visiting the Cabane à Sucre and learning to play the cuillères musicales. I loved practicing my French with colleagues and facilitators of the program as well as locals within the community. Everyone was super warm and welcoming and helped me to improve as an educator and French second language speaker.

Projet à Québec was a transformative experience! Immersing myself in Quebec’s vibrant culture and language was inspiring. Engaging with locals and fellow educators deepened my skills and cultural understanding. I’ll cherish the memories and apply these insights to create more authentic learning in my classroom. Merci OMLTA !

This was my second time attending the conference and all I can say is WOW! As a Core French teacher, I find the conference reenergizing and motivating.  Not only did I walk away from the sessions with new activities, teaching strategies, AND classroom management strategies BUT ALSO was able to talk with other language teachers. I highly recommend the OMLTA conference to every language teacher.
