The OMLTA Spring Conference in 2015 will be a very special event. For one year only, our Spring Conference will be relocating from Toronto to Niagara Falls as we join forces with the Canadian Association of Second Language Teachers (CASLT) and the International Federation of Language Teacher Associations, to hold the “World Congress of Modern Languages – Collaborating across Languages and Borders”. The conference will run from March 26-28, 2015, at the Sheraton On The Falls Hotel & Conference Centre. We are already in the process of arranging workshops for the conference and our search for presenters is well underway. The deadline to submit a proposal for a workshop or presentation at this very special event (we are expecting over 1,000 delegates!) is July 15, 2014, much earlier than usual. We would love to have as many OMLTA/AOPLV presenters as possible! To submit a proposal, please go to: https://caslt.membershare.ca/event/en/31/46

The World Congress of Modern Languages: Collaborating across Languages and Borders is designed as an open forum for sharing knowledge, practices, and projects among all stakeholders in second language education, and we look forward to your participation — it is an opportunity that advances collaboration, fosters networking, and inspires great ideas! Please note that selected presenters are responsible for their own travel, registration, and accommodation expenses.
